Nutty Morning Muesli

Makes about 9 cups



  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1 cup bran flakes
  • 1 cup crisp toasted rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies)
  • 1 cup whole-grain oat cereal (such as Cheerios)
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 2 cups Diamond Sliced Almonds
  • 1 cup Diamond Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 cup Diamond Pecans
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water


Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix together cereals, oats, wheat germ, and nuts; set aside. In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, sugar, and water; heat to boiling. Pour hot syrup mixture over cereal and toss to coat. Spread on a large baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until slightly darker golden-brown & very fragrant.
