Glazed Walnut, Apple & Blue Cheese Salad

Makes 4 to 6 servings



  • 6 cups baby salad greens, washed and dried
  • 1 large apple (Fuji or Braeburn work well), cored and cubed
  • ½ cup (4oz) crumbled blue cheese (can substitute gorgonzola, goat cheese, or any other tangy soft cheese)
  • 1 cup Diamond of California® Nut Toppings™ glazed walnuts
  • 4 tbsp balsamic dressing


Add greens to bowl, top with apples and cheese and sprinkle with Glazed Walnuts. Drizzle with salad dressing, toss and serve immediately.
