Glazed Walnut & Berry Breakfast Parfait
Makes two servings.
½ cup chopped strawberries
½ cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
1 cup vanilla yogurt
½ cup Diamond of California® Nut Toppings™ Glazed Walnuts
Combine fruit in strainer, wash thoroughly and dry. Divide one third of the berry mix between two parfait or wine glasses, add one third of vanilla yogurt and then sprinkle with one third Glazed Walnuts. Continue to layer until all ingredients are used. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate to serve later.
