  • 1lb ground Hamburger
  • Half cup water
  • 1 half onion (Chopped)
  • Cajun spice (4tsp. or more for flavor, the more you use the hotter it is)
  • 1 can cheap biscuts (10 per can)
  • 8 ounce shreaded cheese (mexican style or taco)
  • Flour
  • Diamond Mixed Nuts
  • 1 cup Salsa (to taste)
  • salt & pepper

Take large skillet and spray with nonstick pam or some type of spray. Grind hamburger with fingers in pan over med. heat. Mix chopped onions and cajun spice & salt, pepper with water and start cooking (just like home made chili). Once hamburger is done, add 4 -6 ounces of diamond nuts and mix, you can add 3 ounces of cheese to add to mixture. Pull meat to the side and let cool. Place a plate or something flat and sprinkle flour on it. Take can of biscutes and open. Take each biscut and lay out flat on the flat serfice and roll flat. Take a small skillet and spray with pam and put a little oil in on a med. heat. Place flat rolled out biscut close to meat, and spoon meat with nuts in middle of biscut, sprinkle cheese and salsa over meat. Fold biscut over and close sides. Place filled biscut in pan. Let each side brown and you're done. Pull biscut off pan and repeat until done.
