Seashore Pasta Salad

  • 8 oz. pkg. small pasta shells, cooked and drained
  • ½ lb. cooked prawns
  • cup sliced green onions
  • ¾ cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup Shelled Diamond Walnuts
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dressing
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • ½ teaspoon dill weed


Combine pasta, prawns, onions and peas.
Combine all dressing ingredients; blend well.
Pour dressing over salad; toss well.
Refrigerate until chilled.
To serve, toss salad with walnuts; add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
