Marinated Beef and Walnut Salad

Ingredients

⅓ cup Chli sauce

¼ cup garlic flavor red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon musard

¼ lb. thinly sliced, cooked beef strips

1cup sliced mushrooms
-
½ red bell pepper, cut into strips

1 head Iceberg lettuce
-
1 cup Shelled Diamond Walnuts
-
Horseradish Cream
-
½ cup Dairy sour cream
-
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Directions
Combine chili sauce, vinegar and mustard; blend well.
Pour chili sauce mixture over beef, mushrooms and bell pepper; refrigerate up to 2 hours.
Combine Horseradish Cream ingredients; refrigerate until chilled.
To serve, line individual plates with a few lettuce leaves.
Shred remaining lettuce and arrange over leaves.
Top with beef mixture; sprinkle with walnuts.
Serve with Horseradish cream.
