Walnut Curry Cheese Puffs

  • ½ cup soft butter or margarine
  • ½ teaspoon dry curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup finely diced toasted Diamond Walnuts
  • 1 ¼ cups sifted all-purpose flour


Cream or beat butter together with curry, mustard, salt, onion and cheese until smooth and well blended.
Stir in walnuts and flour; mix to a still dough.
Measure by level tablespoons; roll each measure into a small ball and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350°F. for 10 to 15 minutes, just until very lightly browned.
Remove to wire racks.
Serve warm or cold.

Makes 2 ½ dozen.
