Smoked Turkey Paté

  • 2 hard cooked eggs
  • ½ cup finely diced toasted Diamond Walnuts
  • 1 cup finely grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup finely chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup finely chopped pimiento stuffed green olives
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce


Chop hard-cooked eggs as finely as possible; combine with remaining ingredients and blend well.
Use as a spread for crisp crackers, or to top small toasted rounds and triangles of toast; then run under broiler to melt cheese.
Good also as a stuffing for bite-sized rolls; wrap in foil and heat at 400°F. about 10 minutes.

Makes about 1 ½ cups spread.
