Pepper Cheese Walnuts
1 Egg white
1 teaspoon herb-pepper seasoning
Dash garlic powder
2 cups shelled Diamond Walnuts
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 300°F.
Lightly spray shallow baking sheet with nonstick vegetable spray.
In small bowl, beat egg white until soft peaks form; fold in herb-pepper seasoning and garlic powder.
Stir in walnuts, coating evenly.
Toss with cheese.
Spread walnuts in prepared pan.
Bake at 300°F. for 20 minutes or until egg white is set and walnuts are toasted.
Loosen from baking sheet; cool.
Store in airtight container.
