Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Diamond of California Chopped Walnuts
  • 3 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • mint to garnish

The Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease two 2.5 inch tart pans.
  2. In a food processor, combine the walnuts, butter and salt, pulse until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the tar pans, place them on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Allow the tart shells to cool, the flip the over and pop them out of the pans onto a plate.
  5. Dollop ¾ cup yogurt into each tart shell.
  6. Top with berries, drizzle with honey before and sprinkle fresh mint on top before serving.
