Ingredients

  • 24 graham crackers
  • 3 cups Diamond of California® Pecan Halves
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

The Steps

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Lay graham crackers tightly across the parchment paper
  3. In a large sauce pan, bring the butter, sugar, salt and vanilla to a boil. Once the sugar is melted, add the pecans.
  4. Cook for five minutes, then carefully pour the pecan mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Allow bark to cool completely before cutting and serving.
