Boozy Cinnamon Hazelnut Milkshakes with Caramel Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Diamond of California Hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 3/4 cup hazelnut milk
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

The Steps

  1. Pour the caramel sauce and the hazelnuts into two separate shallow bowls.
  2. Pick up each glass up-side down and dip the rim into the caramel sauce, then into the hazelnuts. Set aside.
  3. In a blender, combine the hazelnut milk (make your own with this recipe!), ice cream, whiskey and cinnamon. Blend until well combined.
  4. Carefully pour the milkshake into each glass and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle any remaining hazelnuts on top.
