Halloween Popcorn Balls

  • 6 cups popped, unflavored popcorn
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 cup Diamond of California Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Candy Corn
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped Milky Way (or your favorite chocolate Halloween Candy)

The Steps

  1. In a large stockpot, melt the butter and marshmallows.
  2. Add the popcorn, pecans and candy corn. Stir until completely coated with marshmallow.
  3. Transfer to a large bowl and then add the chocolate candy and stir briefly until combined but chocolate isn’t melted.
  4. With damp hands, pick up a small handful of the popcorn mixture and roll it in your palm to form a ball. Set aside in a muffin tin, and repeat with the remaining popcorn mixture.
