Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Diamond of California® Walnut Halves, soaked in water overnight
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

The Steps

  1. Drain the walnuts and discard the soaking water.
  2. Add the walnuts, almond milk, frozen banana, fresh strawberries and cocoa powder to a blender.
  3. Blend on high for 2 to 3 minutes until mixture is smooth.
