						Romaine Salad With Glazed Pecans & Mandarin Oranges

Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, washed and cut into bite-size pieces
 - 10 oz Mandarin Oranges, drained
 - 1 small red onion, peeled and sliced very thin (soak sliced onion for five minutes in ice water before using)
 - 1/2 cup Diamond of California® glazed pecans
 - 1/2 cup red wine vinaigrette (can substitute champagne vinaigrette or poppy seed dressing)
 
The Steps
- Add romaine to salad bowl, top with oranges, onions, and glazed pecans.
 - Drizzle with dressing, toss and serve immediately.
