Pecan Pie Ice Cream

- 2 slices of Brown Butter Pecan Pie
- 2 cups of Vanilla Ice Cream
- On a large cutting board, roughly chop the slices of pie. Scoop the ice cream onto the cutting board and use two forks to mix the pie into the ice cream.
- Transfer the ice cream and pie mixture to a freezer safe bowl. Freeze for at least 1 hour, then scoop into bowls and serve.
