  • 2 slices of Brown Butter Pecan Pie
  • 2 cups of Vanilla Ice Cream

The Steps

  1. On a large cutting board, roughly chop the slices of pie. Scoop the ice cream onto the cutting board and use two forks to mix the pie into the ice cream.
  2. Transfer the ice cream and pie mixture to a freezer safe bowl. Freeze for at least 1 hour, then scoop into bowls and serve.
