- 1 head of romaine lettuce, washed and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 pink grapefruit, peeled, seeded, and segmented (membrane removed)
- 1/2 cup Diamond of California® Nut Toppings™ Glazed Walnuts
- 1/2 cup champagne vinaigrette
- Add romaine to salad bowl, top with avocado and grapefruit. Sprinkle with glazed walnuts.
- Drizzle with champagne vinaigrette, toss and serve immediately.
