Ingredients
- 1 box yellow or white cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups cream cheese or vanilla frosting
- 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups Diamond of California® Macadamia Nuts
The Steps
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 inch baking sheet.
- Combine the cake mix, water, canola oil and eggs. Pour into prepared dish and bake according the box instructions.
- Allow the cake to cool completely, the spread the frosting evenly over the top.
- Cover the top left corner with blueberries, then place raspberries and macadamia nuts in alternating rows to create red and white stripes.
